We're looking for a fresh take on papaya. That means something new and different! Leave the highly-processed sugar in the pantry (agave syrup, honey, and maple syrup are o.k.) and get creative with seven ingredients or less (don't worry, we won't count basic pantry staples such as oil, salt, and pepper).
Maybe try a savory pairing with a hard cheese to create a creamy risotto, or baked into fresh bread for a surprising sandwich, or even grilled up atop your favorite burger (even veggie burgers will do!).
