Papaya Strawberry Snack Bar by Herbal Papaya

Ingredients:
9 cups Muesli Trail Mix
3 cups Dried Papaya Fruit, chopped
1.5 cups Dried Strawberries
3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1.5 cups Honey
3 tbsp. Ripe Papaya Powder
Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Procedure:

  1. Line a 9”x13” baking pan with parchment paper and coat lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  3. Mix muesli, dried papaya, dried strawberries, and papaya powder in a bowl.
  4. Add in honey and coconut oil. Mix well.
  5. Pack mixture tightly into prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let cool on a kitchen counter.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and set in the freezer for about an hour.
  9. Cut into bars.

Ingredients:
9 cups Rice Puffs
3 cups Dried Papaya Fruit, chopped
1.5 cups Dried Bananas, chopped
600 ml Coconut Milk
2 cups Sugar
3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Coconut Oil + 1 tbsp. for brushing baking pan
1.5 tsp. Salt
2 cups Desiccated Coconut for coating

Procedure:

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and brush lightly with coconut oil.
  2. Combine rice puffs, dried papaya, and dried bananas in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, coconut oil, salt, and papaya seed powder in a saucepan.
  4. Heat to a thick caramel consistency.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture into the rice puff mix.
  6. Pack into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and set in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  8. Take out of the freezer, cut into bars, and coat all over with dried coconut.
  9. Set in the freezer for 1 more hour to set.

Ingredients:
9 cups Muesli Trail Mix
4.5 cups Dried Papaya Fruit, chopped
¾ cup Mixed Citrus Zest – orange, lemon, lime
¾ cup Fresh Orange Juice
¾ cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 cup Water
4.5 cups Sugar
3 tsp. Grated Ginger

Procedure:

  1. Prepare a 9”x13” baking pan. Line with parchment paper and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Zest citrus over muesli in a bowl.
  3. Add dried papaya and mix well.
  4. Combine orange juice, lime juice, water, sugar, and grated ginger in a saucepan. Simmer to a thick syrup-like consistency.
  5. Add syrup into muesli mix.Pack into prepared baking pan.
  6. Put in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  7. Cut into bars.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Tequila
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Water
2 tbsp. fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp. Ripe Papaya Fruit Powder
¼ cup Mint Leaves
2 cups Ice Cubes

Procedure:

1. Make the simple syrup. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Combine in a blender and serve.

1 teabag Green Tea
½ cup Hot Water
4 tbsp. Graviola Fruit Powder

2 cups Ice

Procedure:

1. Steep green tea in half a cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 cup Gluten-Free Biscuit and Baking Mix
1 tbsp. Ripe Papaya Fruit Powder
½ tbsp. Ginger Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Cinnamon Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
1/3 cup Shortening
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/8 cup Molasses

For the Sugar Coating
¼ cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Papaya Ripe Fruit Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder 

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with non-stick
cooking spray.
3. Combine all ingredients for the sugar coating in a bowl. Set aside.
4. Mix the baking mix, papaya fruit powder, ginger powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt in a bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the shortening until fluffy.
6. Add in the sugar to the shortening and whisk until creamy.
7. Add in egg and molasses.
8. Sift in half of the flour mixture into the wet ingredients.
9. Continue to sift in remaining flour mixture and work evenly.
10. Form the dough into 1” balls in between your hands(about 25 grams per ball). Slighty flour your hands to keep the cookie dough from sticking.
11. Roll the balls in the sugar coating mixture.
12. Set the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

 

Coco-Papaya Rice Puffs

Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Number of Servings: 24 pieces

Ingredients:

4 cups Rice Puffs
2 cups Dried Papaya Fruit, chopped
2 cups Desiccated Coconut
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Glucose
¼ cup Ripe Papaya Fruit Powder
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Coconut Cream

Procedure:

  1. Combine rice puffs, dried papaya, and dessicated coconut in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve ripe papaya fruit powder in water.
  3. Add glucose and sugar. Continue stirring over low heat until sugar is fully.
  4. Add coconut cream and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Pour this syrup over rice puff mixture. Stir well to combine.
  6. Tightly pack the rice puffs into a 2.5” cookie cutter.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
