Herbal Papaya is a supplier of natural and complementary ingredients based on the papaya fruit and leaf, used in health carevand herbal preparations as well as skin care, hair care, aromatherapy, massage, spa products, potpourri and candle.
Finalizing Your Order:
In an effort to expedite order processing time, we have automated many of our order processes. We can provide a refund if this is requested in a timely manner, however you cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you finalize it.
Order Payment:
If we encounter a problem with processing your order, such as non-receipt of a paypal payment or a credit card error, we will email you regarding the problem. Please be sure to add customerservice@herbalpapaya.com to your address book. We will continue to try processing your order. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, your order may be cancelled.
Cancellations:
Cancelled orders will be refunded 100% plus shipping paid as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, the products must be returned to reach our office within 60 days from date of purchase to be eligible for a full 100% product refund. Shipping will not be refunded on return products. It is the customers responsibilty to ship returned products to us before the 60 day money back guarantee period elapses. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your returns to arrive to us. Herbal Papaya LLC is not responsible for the cost of shipping back returned products.
Texas Residents:
We charge sales tax to Texas residents at a rate of 8.3%.

Our pricing structure is designed to cater to individual buyers. In order to receive the most competitive, wholesale level pricing, purchase the largest listed product quantity. PayPal Users:
Please be aware that payments made though PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. This is especially true if payments is made using an echeck. Echecks processed through paypal usually take about 5 business days to clear. Herbal Papaya is not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal if clearing of payment is delayed. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. PayPal's clearing timelines and procedures may change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal.
Out of Stock and Back Ordered Items:
If an item is out of stock when or after your invoice is processed, you will receive an email notifying you of the out of stock status. You will have the option to request a full refund for the product or wait until the product becomes available to ship.
Shipping Fees:
Herbal Papaya provides a flat rate shipping of merchandise within the United States. This price is reflected on our webstie.
International customers may request shipping rates which will the sent to them with an invoice. Internation customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package(s) may incur. Any order returned to us due to rejection by customs will be subject to our cancellation fee and the return shipping fee. Please be sure of your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to ordering.
Processing Time:
Orders placed online are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Processing times and delaysmay be experience and Herbal Papaya cannot be held liable for these delays. Telephone orders may take longer to process and ship. Please consider our processing and shipping time when purchasing your products.
Shipping Methods:
Our products are shipped by USPS first class or priority mail. We currently do not offer expedited shipping or shipping using other vendors.
We do not ship via UPS or Fedex unless deemed necessary by us. We will do our best to ship to APO/FPO addresses by whatever method is required.
We are not able to ship C.O.D.
Orders do not require your signature upon package delivery. Customers are responsible for picking up packages from where they will be left by USPS. We cannot honor special requests to have USPS require a signature. If this may pose a problem, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package for you.
Large Shipments:
For unusually large orders, we reserve the right to ship your delivery by trucking service. We will notify you in advance of all applicable costs, including lift gate service and pallet charges.
Damage Claims:
Please inspect products in your order upon arrival. You must report any damages or missing items within 5 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the USPS driver and then report it directly to USPS. USPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact USPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by USPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from USPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
