Anti-Bloating Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mango
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp Herbal Papaya Papaya Seed Powder (Buy Here)
  • Ice

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of papaya seed powder of chia seeds
