5 Amazing Graviola Desserts

 

Organic Rooibos Chai Tea Smoothie


Perfect for that hot summer day.
Boil the kettle, and brew one organic graviola leaf tea bag in 8oz of water and let cool. 
Into the blender add Ice cubes, 8oz of milk and one banana.
Blend till smooth.
Remove tea bag from the 8oz of water and pour mixture over tea.
Stir slowly to create a marble effect.
For added flavour and aesthetics, sprinkle some strawberries and cinnamon over your drink.
    Organic Mango Tea Smoothie. 


    Boil the kettle, and brew organic graviola leaf tea in 8oz of water and let cool.
    Into the blender add Ice cubes, 4oz orange juice and 50ml Coconut milk.
    Blend till smooth.
    Remove tea bag from the 8oz of water and pour mixture over tea.
    Stir slowly to create a marble effect, or pour tea into blender and blend for a few more seconds.
    Add a slice of pineapple to the rim of your glass and enjoy with your feet up and soothing music playing in the background.

     

     

    Organic Graviola Leaf Tea Smoothie.

    Boil the kettle, and brew one tea bag of organic graviola leaf tea in 8oz of water and let cool. 
    Into the blender add Ice cubes, frozen fruits of choice: Strawberries and Blueberries.
    For added thickness one or two scoops of graviola ice-cream or 8oz of milk.
    Blend till smooth.
    Remove tea bag from the 8oz of water and pour mixture over tea.
    Stir slowly to create a marble effect, or pour tea into blender and blend for a few more seconds.
    For a great looking smoothie freeze the glass for a few hours with more of your chosen frozen fruits inside. Then pour over the smoothie mixture and add a funky curly straw and slice of pineapple to the rim of your glass. View more Graviola Smoothie here.
     

      Organic Graviola cookies and cream ice cream.

      Crush a pack of oreos by adding them all in a tightly sealed bag and hitting them with a rolling pin. Into a blender, add 16oz of cream and 8oz of milk and 2 TBS of Graviola leaf liquid extract. Blend together.
      Add the broken up oreos and mix in with a wooden spoon.
      Pour out into a container and freeze for a day.
      Best enjoyed with a shot of espresso poured over two scoops of Ice cream.

      Organic Graviola Jello and Fruits.

      Chop up 10 grapes into halves. 
      Add grapes to 8oz of blueberries and sprinkle some sugar over them. Set to the side.
      In a saucepan add 24oz of water.
      Add 2 TBS of liquid gelatin and stir until dissolved.
      Add 3 TBS of graviola fruit powder, or to taste.
      Turn on the heat to medium and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
      Take mixture off the heat and allow to cool.
      Pour mixture into a tub, then add the fruits.
      Place mixture into the fridge and allow to cool for 2-3 hours, or until set.
      Best enjoyed with a few custard. 


        Mix it up.
